1. BODi Blocks – Three weeks of progressive work. One week of active recovery. A full month of routines designed for you. BODi Blocks are grounded in the science of Block Periodization, an approach used by everyone from pro athletes to beginners for better long-term results. Choose from For Beginners Only, All-BODi, Iron, and Bike and start with us on the first Monday of each month.
2. Super Blocks – Each month, we’re reinventing a classic as your favorite Super Trainers take turns remaking one of their hit workout programs to create a brand-new Super Block. Combining the proven structure of block periodization with all the passion of the original workouts you love, they’re designed to help you build strength and confidence, and feel amazing.
